Pricing. Simple, upfront fees.

Short-term (up to 30 days)

• Arrangement fee: 1% — paid at time of booking request.
• Refunded if host declines your booking.

Long-term (over 30 days)

• Arrangement fee: 1% — paid at time of booking request. Refunded if host declines.
• Monthly contract arrangement fee (Month 2+): £1.00
• Renewals continue only when you choose to renew.

Host Access (to publish listings)

• Create and publish as many listings as you like.

Payment Processing

• Stripe transaction fee: 1.5% + £0.20 per successful booking payment.
• Stripe payout fee: 0.25% + £0.10 per payout to your bank account.

Hosts can also accept payments off-platform. Stripe fees only apply to on-platform payments.
